lesson learned!!! once you activate ur superduo never never never deactivate it because u can't use the unused balance. and once u send "SUPERDUO OFF" to 8888 u won't a warning saying "are u sure u want to deactivate because u can no longer the remaining unused balance"... all u will receive is "ur SUPERDUO is deactivated. Send SUPERDUO 599 to 8888 again to register. and that's it the unused balance is gone with the wind!
grrrrr... i am a DUO subscriber before but wanted to have a unlimited globe mobile calls. So i load my phone with 600 to add with current 15.25 current load and send DUO OFF to 8888 then the message i receive is an instruction to send SUPERDUO 599 to 8888 then i receive a message instructing me to send YES to confirm my subscription and so i did but the next message contains a different number from DUO. and i was confused globe twitter said i can maintain my DUO if i just send DUO OFF then send SUPERDUO 599 to 8888. even that text message instruct me that if i want to upgrade my DUO and use my DUO unused balance, i need to send SUPERDUO 599 to 8888. So i was xpecting the same number will be given to me. but it was a different number so i deactivate my superduo thinking that i did the wrong instruction that's why i receive a different number but to my surprise when i send SUPERDUO 599 to 8888 it says my balance is not enough to register to DUO and when i check how remaining balance i have i only have "16.25"! this is insane! i lost my 600 worth of load in a snap!!!! its like i was robbed
